New in 2019 - We have included all field trip waivers your child should need this summer in the registration packet, so registration packets are GRADE specific!

Please be sure to download your child's correct packet.  Note that it is the grade your child will be going into this fall.

Camp CUBBER 2019 filled up EXTREMELY quickly!  As of the close of business on Thursday, March 28 ALL SESSIONS ARE FULL AND AVAILABLE ON WAIT LIST ONLY FOR ALL GRADES.

To be added to the wait list, please complete a registration packet and return it to the camp office during registration hours (see below).  No monies are collected until a space becomes available for your child.  Wait list families will be notified by phone when a session becomes available and will then have the opportunity to accept or decline (with 48 hours to respond / decide).

Registration Schedule (for Wait List Packets):

Mondays:  No registrations accepted

Tuesdays:  8:30 AM - 10:00 AM / 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Wednesdays:  8:30 AM - 10:00 AM / 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Thursdays:  8:30 AM - 10:00 AM / 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Fridays:  8:30 AM - 10:00 AM Only

2019 Registration / Tuition Fees:

$40 (current Stars & Comets students)

$50 (returning campers)

$60 (new campers)

Please Note:  If your child is going into K - 5th grade, Session 2 is only available to students enrolled in 6 or more total weeks of camp.  There are no restrictions for 6th - 8th grade for Session 2.  Also FOR ALL GRADES,  Session 9 is only available to students enrolled in 7 or more total weeks of camp or are enrolled in Stars & Comets for the 2019 - 2020 school year.

Payment Methods:

Weekly tuition should be paid via prepay (at the time of registration) or via camp EFT (electronic funds transfer).  These are the only two forms of payment currently accepted by Camp CUBBER for tuition payment.  Camp EFT is the preferred method of payment (as it allows you to make changes to your schedule without going through a lengthy refund process).

Sibling Discount:

$5 per week tuition discount on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th child. No discount on registration or meals.

K - 5th Grade Weekly Tuition:

$145 per week (except Week 5)

$105 for Week 5*

 *Week 5 is prorated as Camp CUBBER will be CLOSED on Thursday, July 3 and Friday, July 4


6th - 8th Grade Weekly Tuition:

$165 per week (except Week 5)

$105 for Week 5*

 *Week 5 is prorated as Camp CUBBER will be CLOSED on Thursday, July 3 and Friday, July 4

Due at registration:

If paying via EFT - only the registration fee and meal plan fee (if selected).  The tuition for the last week of camp will be collected via EFT on May 1.

If paying via Prepay - the registration fee, the tuition for all weeks enrolled, and the meal plan (if selected)


Camp registration is in the camp office, which is located upstairs in the A building.  Use the North Entrance to the PHUMC campus and drive around to the back of the complex.  Park in that lot and use the door to the right of the large blue overhang.  Look for the sign and buzzer / intercom that says STARS & COMETS (that is our school year program).  After buzzing and being let in, take the stairs (to your right) or the elevator (first hallway on left) to get upstairs to the camp offices.
