The Week @ A Glance Calendars provide the exact days and times your child will be participating in field trips and special on-site activities (as well as the snacks and lunch expectations for each day).  This will also give you important info for any additional specific special activities.

Other Important Upcoming Dates:

​

March 6: Priority registration for Camp 2023 begins for current families of Stars & Comets, Robin's Nest, Westlake Christian, and Palm Harbor United Methodist Church.

​

March 20: Priority registration for Camp 2023 begins for returning camp families.  Returning camp families includes families who have attended for either Summer 2022, Summer 2021, or both.

​

March 29:  Open registration for Camp 2023 begins for new families and those not yet registered,

​

April 7:  Offices CLOSED in observance of the Good Friday holiday.  

​

May 29:  Offices CLOSED in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.  

​

May 31:  Last day to cancel weeks of Camp 2023 for only the 50% tuition charge.

​

June 2:  Offices CLOSED during the day for final staff training and setup.  New Camp Family Orientation @ 6:30 PM.  Camp EFT for the tuition of those signed up to attend the first week of camp 2023 will be withdrawn.

June 5:  Camp CUBBER 2023 begins!

​

July 3 - 4:  Camp CLOSED in observance of Independence Day holiday.

​

July 28:  Last day of Camp CUBBER 2023!

​

July 31 - August 4:  Camp CUBBER and Stars & Comets CLOSED to break down Camp 2023 and prepare for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

August 7:  Stars & Comets begins for the 2023 - 2024 school year (Full days August 7 - 9)

​

August 10:  First day of school for the 2023 - 2024 school year (for all Pinellas County public and charter schools)
