This is where you will find important upcoming dates and the Week @ A Glance Parent Calendars.
The Week @ A Glance Calendars provide the exact days and times your child will be participating in field trips and special on-site activities (as well as the snacks and lunch expectations for each day). This will also give you important info for any additional specific special activities.

Monday, March 2: Priority registration begins for Camp CUBBER 2026 for current Stars & Comets (school year) families.
Sunday, March 8: Priority registration for Camp CUBBER 2026 for current Palm Harbor United Methodist Church families.
Monday, March 9: Priority registration begins for Camp CUBBER 2026 for current Robin's Nest and Westlake Christian School families.
Thursday, March 12: Priority registration begins for Camp CUBBER 2026 for returning Camp CUBBER families (must have attended summer 2025, summer 2024, or both).
Monday, March 16 - Friday, March 20: No registration accepted (Spring Break week)
Monday, March 23: Priority registration continues for Camp CUBBER 2026 for returning Camp CUBBER families (must have attended summer 2025, summer 2024, or both).
Monday, March 30: Open / New Family registration begins for Camp CUBBER 2026.
Friday, April 3: Closed in observance of Good Friday religious holiday.
Tuesday, May 26: Last day to cancel a week of camp @ 50% cost.
Thursday, May 28 @ 6:30 PM: New Family Orientation and Campus Tour
Friday, May 29: Camp offices closed to host staff training and final preparations for Camp CUBBER 2026
Monday, June 1: First day of Camp CUBBER 2026!
Friday, July 3: Camp closed in observance of Independence Day holiday
July 31: Last day of Camp CUBBER 2026!
August 3 - 7: Camp CUBBER and Stars & Comets CLOSED to break down Camp 2024 and prepare for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
August 10: Stars & Comets begins for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
