This is a fillable PDF form (so you can easily fill out the form with your Acrobat, Preview, or a similar PDF view instead of having to complete them by hand). Remember, forms still need to be printed and returned during your registration appointment.
This lets you know the field trips and special activities scheduled for each session. A calendar with exact dates and times of trips and activities (Week @ A Glance Calendar) will be posted on the Calendar Page much closer to the start of camp.

Priority Registration for Current Stars & Comets (School year) families:
March 2 - 6: Registration Appointment link emailed
Priority Registration for Current Palm harbor united methodist church Families:
March 8: Walk-in Registration following Palm Harbor UMC Sunday Service
Priority Registration for current Robin's Nest and Westlake Christian Families:
March 9 - 11: Sign up for an appointment here
Priority Registration for returning camp families
(attended Summer 2024, Summer 2025, or both):
March 12 - 13 and March 23 - 27
Registration appointment link will go live Thursday, March 5 @ 9:00 AM
Open Registration for new camp families (or those not registered yet):
March 30 - April 2 (or until filled)

WHERE TO GO FOR CAMP REGISTRATION?
Priority camp registration will be located in the camp office, which is located upstairs in the A building. Use the North Entrance to the PHUMC campus and drive around to the back of the complex. Park in that lot and use the door to the right of the large blue overhang. Look for the sign and buzzer / intercom that says STARS & COMETS (that is our school year program). After buzzing and being let in, take the stairs (to your right) or the elevator (first hallway on left) to get upstairs to the camp offices.
2026 Registration / Tuition Fees:
$50 (current Stars & Comets students)
$60 (returning campers)
$70 (new campers)
Payment Methods:
Weekly tuition should be paid via prepay (at the time of registration) or via camp EFT (electronic funds transfer). These are the only two forms of payment currently accepted by Camp CUBBER for tuition payment. Camp EFT is the preferred method of payment (as it allows you to make changes to your schedule without going through a lengthy refund process). If electing to pay via Pre-Pay instead of EFT, there will be a 3% surcharge for all tuition payments made via credit card. No surcharge on Pre-Pay tuition payments made via cash, check, or money order.
Sibling Discount:
$5 per week tuition discount on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th child. No discount on registration.
K - 4th Grade Weekly Tuition:
$185 per week (except for Session 5 & Session 9)
$145 for Session 5*
$195 for Session 9**
5th - 8th Grade Weekly Tuition:
$195 per week (except for Session 5 & Session 9)
$155 for Session 5*
$205 for Session 9**
*Session 5 is prorated as Camp CUBBER will be CLOSED on Friday, July 3
**Session 9, also know as Max Adventure Week, has an additional cost due to the nature of the field trips / activities for this week. Camper must be register for 6 or more total sessions in order to be eligible to register for Session 9
