This will be a fillable form (for those wanting to type onto the forms instead of completing by hand). Forms still need to be printed and returned once completed.

DUE AT REGISTRATION:

If paying via EFT, only the registration fee. If paying via Prepay, the registration fee and the tuition for all weeks enrolled.

CANCELLATIONS:
If your child is ALREADY REGISTERED for Camp CUBBER 2024 and you need to cancel a week, please email the camp office.  Please be reminded that cancelling after May 27, 2025 means that the full cost of the week's tuition is still due / collected. 

This lets you know the field trips and special activities scheduled for each session.  A calendar with exact dates and times of trips and activities (Week @ A Glance Calendar) will be posted on the Calendar Page much closer to the start of camp.  

2025 Registration / Tuition Fees:

$49 (current Stars & Comets students)

$59 (returning campers)

$69 (new campers)

Payment Methods:

Weekly tuition should be paid via prepay (at the time of registration) or via camp EFT (electronic funds transfer).  These are the only two forms of payment currently accepted by Camp CUBBER for tuition payment.  Camp EFT is the preferred method of payment (as it allows you to make changes to your schedule without going through a lengthy refund process). If electing to pay via Pre-Pay instead of EFT, there will be a 3% surcharge for all tuition payments made via credit card.  No surcharge on Pre-Pay tuition payments made via cash, check, or money order.

Sibling Discount:

$5 per week tuition discount on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th child. No discount on registration.

K - 4th Grade Weekly Tuition:

$179 per week (except for Session 5 & Session 9)

$139 for Session 5*

$189 for Session 9**

5th - 8th Grade Weekly Tuition:

$189 per week (except for Session 5 & Session 9)

$149 for Session 5*

$199 for Session 9

 *Session 5 is prorated as Camp CUBBER will be CLOSED on Friday, July 4

**Session 9, also know as Max Adventure Week, has an additional cost due to the nature of the field trips / activities for this week. Camper must be register for 6 or more total sessions in order to be eligible to register for Session 9​

WHERE TO GO FOR CAMP REGISTRATION?
Priority camp registration will be located in the camp office, which is located upstairs in the A building.  Use the North Entrance to the PHUMC campus and drive around to the back of the complex.  Park in that lot and use the door to the right of the large blue overhang.  Look for the sign and buzzer / intercom that says STARS & COMETS (that is our school year program).  After buzzing and being let in, take the stairs (to your right) or the elevator (first hallway on left) to get upstairs to the camp offices.
