
WELCOME BACK TO THE STAFF TEAM FOR CAMP CUBBER 2025!
RETURNING STAFF PAPERWORK
We are so excited that you will be joining our staff team again this summer. As we look ahead to working this summer, there are a few things that you will need to make sure you have done:

Download, print, and complete all returning staff paperwork (found below). Completed camp paperwork can be brought to the camp office during regular camp office hours (7:30 AM - 9:30 AM or 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM), or even better - scanned and returned via email. Please note that ALL RETURNING STAFF PAPERWORK SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED BY FRIDAY, MAY 23. Click each form below to download and print. Paperwork is also available for pickup in the camp office if you have trouble printing.

Direct Deposit Form (ONLY IF CHANGING from previous summer)

Child Protection Policy Acknowledgment Page (Completed new every summer)

Full Child Protection Policy (for you to read and review before signing the acknowledgement page)

Abuse & Neglect Acknowledgment Form (Completed new every summer)

Read the 2025 Camp Staff Handbook and sign the Acknowledgment Page affirming that you have read it.

Attend the general camp orientation / training day on Friday, May 30 @ 3:30 PM. This training is mandatory and must be attended. If you work for the PCSB or another educational entity and are required to still work at your school on Friday, May 30, we would like you to attend our orientation as soon as you are released from your school that afternoon. If that is the case and you are going to be late to the general camp orientation, please let us know IN ADVANCE. Thank you!!
